COVID 19 Updates
Chiropractors across Canada are making individual decisions on whether to keep their practice open or not, and are staying abreast of recommendations by their provincial regulatory colleges. Individual chiropractors exercise their judgement to determine regarding whether or not they are able to continue to provide care; suspend non-essential care; and/or provide emergency or acute care.
Please call ahead of scheduled appointments to see if appointments are continuing.
During this pandemic it is important to adhere to self-isolation if you have recently traveled anywhere outside of Canada. It is also every Canadian’s responsibility to self-identify COVID-19 symptoms as described by the Government of Canada when seeing a healthcare worker and decrease the risk of transmission to others though self-isolation.

- Increasing the frequency of cleaning/sterilization processes of medical equipment and tools;
- Introducing sanitization protocols to all clinic touchpoints including, but not limited to, door handles, desks, display units, and payment terminals;
- Enhancing the cleaning and sanitization process for all display frames, mirrors, and sample products;
- Keep doors that are not essential for privacy open to avoid contact with hands;
- Imposing mandatory self-isolation for all chiropractors, other clinic health care providers and staff who have travelled outside of Canada;
- Offering sanitizer dispensers at key location throughout your clinics; and
- Removing all magazines, toys, etc. from waiting rooms.
- For patients with upcoming appointments who are experiencing a fever, cough, difficulty breathing, or have travelled or been in contact with individuals who have travelled outside of Canada, we request that for your safety and those of others, you reschedule the appointment.
